You can add a new rep from two different places, both require being logged in as the owner.
Open the showroom that you want to add a rep. At the bottom of the "Out" column click add rep. Enter Rep's full name, then email address and click save. The rep will be added to the ready column automatically.
From the dashboard click the reps button next to the showroom you want to add a rep to. Enter full name, then email address and click save.
