The concept behind the columns is to create an order of responsibility of who handles incoming retail traffic coming into the showroom plus being able to see which reps are busy or out.
The following are definitions of the columns
Ready - this column or the reps in this status are ready to help a guest when they enter the showroom. The reps are in a numerical order based on the time they joined the Ready column.
Guests - This column or reps with this status are with a guest. A guest that came into the showroom, who did not have an appointment set.
Appointments - This column or reps with this status are with an appointment, that came in and ask for them specifically.
Out - This column or reps with this status are out of the showroom. Could be gone for the day, a day off, or one of many other reasons.
**The time represents the time in which they switched into that column or status.
